A FOOD COOKING TEMPERATURE FACT SHEET AND PROPER SANITIZING INFO WAS GIVEN TO HIM. 10-PAPER TOWELS ARE IN THE BATHROOM 36-THERMOMETERS ARE IN THE COOLERS 36- METAL STEM THERMOMETER IS AVAILABLE 48-CHLORINE TEST STRIPS ARE AVAILABLE. NEW FREEZER HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN AND THE OLD CHEST FREEZER IS GONE. |
